LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 1237) Domestic Violence (DV) Liaison Services The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) Children and Family Services (CFS) Bureau is pleased to announce Request for Proposals (RFP) 1237 seeking a qualified applicant for a fee-based Contract in Contra Costa County to provide Domestic Violence (DV) Liaison Services for children/families involved with Contra Costa County child welfare . Program funding is estimated at $88,000 for the anticipated period of September 1, 2026 to August 30, 2027. Funding includes County General funds and State 2011 Realignment funds.
