The Orange County Sanitation District (OC SAN) invites Proposals from qualified Design-Builders to perform progressive design-build services, including design, construction, and commissioning support services for the Laboratory Replacement at Plant No. 1 project. Proposals are due no later than 11:00 A.M. (Pacific Time Zone) on June 30, 2026. A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held on April 28, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (Pacific Time Zone) at OC SAN's Headquarters, located at 18480 Bandilier Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. All visitors must obtain a temporary visitor identification badge. Waits of 30 minutes may be expected. To preregister for this meeting, please send an email to professionalservices@ocsan.gov and provide the Project No., company, and attendee name and phone number.
