LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO VENDOR'S REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Empire Union School District – Food Services Department (herein after referred to as the School Food Authority or SFA) of Stanislaus County, California, will receive proposals for: A Dairy Vendor, Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, or commercial food purveyor to provide products and related services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing the federally funded Child Nutrition Programs. RFP 2026-2 DAIRY VENDOR RFP 2026-3 FRESH FRUITS & VEGETABLES Each proposal is to be in accordance with the format specified by the District School Food Authority (SFA), copies of which may be examined and obtained, by written request, to the Cafeteria Office - 116 N. McClure Rd., Modesto, CA 95357; areese@empire.k12.ca.us; or may be viewed on the Purchasing website located at http://www.empire.k12.ca.us/ Each proposal must be filed with the District School Food Authority (SFA) on or before 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd Day of May 2026. All sections of the solicitation must be complete and signed. Respondents may mail proposals to the address above by the due date and time. Electronic submissions may be sent to areese@empire.k12.ca.us. Regardless of submission method; it is the responsibility of the Respondent to confirm and ensure the Proposal was received. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received. No proposal may be withdrawn after the due date and time for submission.
