PUBLIC NOTICENAPA SANITATION DISTRICTNOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS FOREQUIPMENT STORAGE BUILDING PROJECT, CIP 26708 (“Project”)The Project consists of demolition of existing improvements, site and drainage improvements, construction of structural concrete slab, construction of a 2,500 SF prefabricated metal building and miscellaneous concrete flatwork, and all associated electrical improvements at the Soscol Water Recycling Facility (SWRF).A valid Class B California contractor’s license is required to bid on the Project.Sealed bids must be delivered to the Napa Sanitation District (“NapaSan”), 1515 Soscol Ferry Road, Napa, California at any time prior to 2:00 PM on May 19, 2026. At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read.Bids that are submitted late according to the official NapaSan time will be returned unopened. Bids that are submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted. Bids that are incomplete or that otherwise do not conform to the requirements specified in the bid package may be deemed non-responsive. NapaSan reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any bid irregularities to the extent permitted by law.A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on April 28, 2026 at the Napa Sanitation District office at 1515 Soscol Ferry Road in Napa.Bids submitted by entities that are not listed on the roster of those that attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.Bid packages may be reviewed at select Northern California Builders Exchange/Plan Room locations.
