NOTICE CALLING FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pomona Unified School District of Los Angeles County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as District, is seeking sealed proposals in response to Request for Proposals for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) After School Health and Physical Fitness RFP No. 19(2526)ES . PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: Proposal documents may be obtained, at no cost, from the following webpage: http://www.pusd.org/go/purchasing PROPOSAL DEADLINE: Proposals must be received at the Place for Submitting Proposals not later than Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. PDT . PLACE FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals must be submitted to the District at the following location: Pomona Unified School District, Education Center Front Desk, 800 South Garey Ave, Pomona, CA 91766. (The District will accept and not consider the sealed packets late as long they are checked in and affixed with a districtgenerated label confirming receipt at the Front Desk of the Education Center by 10:00 A.M. The District will consider the sealed packets late if they are not checked in and affixed with a districtgenerated label confirming receipt by 10:01 A.M. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. It is the highly recommended that Bidders confirm the time with the Receptionists upon arrival to the Education Center lobby.) PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE: There will be a highly recommended PreProposal Conference on Monday , April 20, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. PDT in the Board Room at the District Education Center, 800 S. Garey Avenue Pomona, CA. In order to receive courtesy notification of addendum (if any), Proposers will need to sign in at the Front Desk of the Education Center (same street address). Please plan on arriving at the Lobby at least 20 minutes early to allow sufficient time to complete checkin. All proposers will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the RFP. It is the proposer's responsibility to attend the requested PreProposal Conference to ensure accurate RFP proposed cost(s) and any pertinent information. Please note there is no virtual option available for this PreProposal Conference. The conference will not be recorded. AWARD OF CONTRACT: The award of the Contract will be on a best value evaluation method as outlined in the Districts proposal documents. The District also reserves the right to make one award, multiple awards, or no awards at all for the all scopes of work under this RFP. Time is of the essence. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the proposal evaluation process. The District retains the sole discretion to determine issues of compliance and to determine whether a respondent is responsive, responsible, and qualified. No Proposer may withdraw any proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the proposals. All other questions, please use the link in the RFP packet to submit Requests for Information (RFI's). This is the only method to ask questions. Questions received after 12:00 P.M.
