Request For Competitive Proposals Notice - Housing Rehabilitation
Restorative Partners seeks proposals from general construction contractors for the
rehabilitation of a permanent supportive housing project. The project generally consists
of the following work: 1) conversion of an 8,000 square foot building from 14 large,
shared bedrooms to 28 smaller private bedrooms, 2) repairs to a 2,000 square foot
single family Victorian style home, including foundation, electrical and plumbing, and 3)
site improvements including drive access and parking. It is anticipated that this project
will utilize State Homekey+ funding and contractor will need to comply with State
Prevailing Wage requirements. Interested contractors should submit proposals that are
responsive to the Request For Proposals. A copy of the Request for Proposals may be

Partners is a community based 501c3 non-profit organization providing services and
