REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS (RFQ/P) DESIGN BUILD SERVICES FOR C-1253; D-1250; D-1251; D-1259 DW MECHANICAL UPGRADES DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT FOR CONTRA COSTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT The Contra Costa Community College District (District), acting through its Governing Board, is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified contractors ("Design-Builder") to provide design-build services for the District Wide Mechanicals Design-Build Project ("Project") at the Contra Costa College (San Pablo) and Diablo Valley College (Pleasant Hill) locations. Responses to this RFQ/P shall be due before 2:00 PM on March 26, 2026. Proposal documents must be electronically submitted through the PlanetBids e-procurement system at https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/67229/portal-home. Faxed or E-mailed submittals will NOT be accepted and will be rejected as non-responsive. All required documents must be submitted and uploaded electronically on PlanetBids prior to the time and date noted above. Bidder is solely responsible for the District's timely receipt of bidder's submittals and any other documents required to be submitted with the RFQ/P.
