Notice Inviting Formal Bids The Trinity County Resource Conservation District (TCRCD) will be accepting formal bids until 17:00 on May 25th, 2026 by mail to: Trinity County Resource Conservation District, PO Box 1450, Weaverville, CA 96093, Attn: Gracie Hilinski or in-person between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Thursday at: 30 Horseshoe Lane, Weaverville, CA 96093 for Six Rivers Lightning Complex Post-Fire Disaster Recovery Fuels Reduction Project, a 112-acre mastication/mechanical and manual fuels reduction project. Formal bids will be opened at the Trinity County Resource Conservation District’s (TCRCD) Board of Directors meeting on May 26th beginning at 4:00 pm. All submitted bids will be posted to TCRCD’s website, https://www.tcrcd.net/, and emailed to all contractors who submitted bids. The project is located near Salyer, CA. The full bid packet is available upon request to ghilinski@tcrcd.net and on our website at tcrcd.net. Licensed Timber Operator – Type A is required for this project. Only bids that are in compliance with bidding instructions will be considered. We will meet at the TCRCD office at 30 Horseshoe Lane in Weaverville, CA by 7:45 am. It is highly recommended to attend this site visit as the Registered Professional Forester who designed the project will be in attendance and can answer any questions potential contractors may have.
