Yurok Tribe - Sealed Bid Proposal The Yurok Tribe is accepting bids from qualified, licensed Contractors for the Yurok Youth Center project, located at 23001 CA HWY 96, Weitchpec, Humboldt County, CA. The Project consists of a new three-story wood framed building adjacent to the existing Tribal Office Facility located at Weitchpec, CA. The Project includes site improvements, a new access road, parking, new utility connections, septic systems, site retaining walls, and water storage and supply tanks for domestic and fire suppression water.
