The Districts’ will post the bid preliminary results on its webpage at https://www.lacsd.org/opportunities/bids‐ purchasing/purchasing‐section‐projectsAll work shall be performed in accordance with Districts’ Special Provisions dated April 2026 and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, complete with the Districts’ Amendments 2024 Edition, which are on file in the Office of the Chief Engineer of the Districts, 1955 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601, to which documents bidders are referred.Each bid must be on a Districts form and accompanied with a certified, cashier's check, bid bond, or Surety2000 electronic bid bond authorization code (preferred) with an approved surety company as defined in the Code of Civil Procedure 995.120, payable to "Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 2," for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid as guaranty that the bidder, if successful, will enter into the proposed contract and will provide separate performance (100%) and payment bonds (100%), insurance certificates, and other required documents for all required labor, material, equipment and tools. A copy of the bid bond, certified, or cashier’s check must be uploaded at the time of bid, or the Surety2000 authorization code provided at the time of bid.
