NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS CITY OF YUBA CITY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Sealed proposals will be received at the City Clerk’s Office, City of Yuba City, located at City Hall, 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, California, 95993, until 2:00 P.M. on MAY 6, 2026. PEDESTRIAN SAFETY AND STRIPING IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO: 1316-CON-26 GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION The work consists of installation of new striping for centerlines, edge lines, crosswalks, bike paths and pavement markers, and removal of conflicting existing striping and raised pavement markers on sections of roads throughout the city. OBTAINING OR INSPECTING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Project Bid Book and Construction Plans may be obtained from the Public Purchase online bidding service. Registration is required to use the service. There is no charge to register or obtain bid documents in digital format. To access the service, use either of the following links: https://www.yubacity.net/departments/public_works/engineering/bids___rfps.php or www.publicpurchase.com Once registered, search for the project title identified on the cover of this Bid Book. All addenda notifications will be emailed to plan holders through Public Purchase.
