Best Choice Self Storage II located at 1471 Garden Highway, Yuba City, CA, 95991 will hold an online public sale to enforce a lien imposed on said property, as described below, pursuant to the provisions of the California Self-Storage Facility Act, Section 21700, et seq. of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California the undersigned will be sold online at www.StorageAuctions.com at Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 12:00 pm

Management reserves the right to withdraw any unit from sale. Registered or motor vehicles are sold "As Is / Parts Only," no titles or registration.
