NOTICE INVITING BIDS – Fleet Replacement Program RFB
Notice is hereby given that the City of Dinuba (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified Chevrolet vendors for the replacement of municipal fleet vehicles. The intent of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to obtain competitive proposals for the procurement of vehicles that meet the City’s operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
The selected vendor(s) will provide new fleet vehicles, which may include but are not limited to trucks, and specialty vehicles. Services may also include vehicle upfitting and delivery.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email in PDF format.

Deadline: 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026
The subject line of the email must read: RFB – Fleet Replacement Proposal – [Vendor Name]
The RFB will be available beginning Tuesday, April 14, 2026, on the City’s website at www.dinuba.org and at the City’s Finance Department at 405 E El Monte Way, Dinuba, CA 93618 during normal business hours.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
All persons responding to this invitation shall be aware that their proposal is deemed a public record and may be subject to disclosure upon request. The City of Dinuba reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor irregularities in any proposal, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the proposal received.
