NOTICE INVITING BIDS RFP No. 25-26-007 District Wide Backflow Preventer Installation Project The Dublin Unified School District will receive electronic proposals only until 2:00 PM, April 16, 2026, via PQBids.com, for installation of backflow prevention assemblies and related work at various District sites. Bid documents are available at PQBids.com or Bay Area Builders Exchange. For more information see: www.dublin.k12.ca.us/FacilitiesDepartment/NoticetoBidders. Bidders must possess a valid California contractor license A, C-34, C-36, or C-12, subject to scope bid, at the time of bid. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements under California Labor Code Section 1720 et seq. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1725.5. For bids over $25,000, proposals must include bid security equal to 10% of the bid. The successful bidder shall provide 100% payment and performance bonds pursuant to California Civil Code Section 9550. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held March 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM, starting at 8435 Davona Road, Dublin, CA 94568.
