NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District, State of California, hereby calls for bids Request for Proposals (RFP) No.: B25-26-06 Lease Leaseback Delivery Services: College Center Project at Chabot College. Pre-Qualification Applications are to be delivered to Ms. Marie Hampton, Manager of Purchasing and Warehouse Services or to Mr. Michael McClung, Buyer Bond Program, at 7600 Dublin Blvd., 3rd Floor, Dublin, California 94568 until Friday March 13, 2026 by 2:00PM. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids delivered by USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS are not guaranteed to be received. There will be a Mandatory, Pre-Qualification Conference on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Chabot College, 25555 Hesperian Blvd, CA 94541 Building 400, Room 405. Proposal respondents must attend the Mandatory Pre-Qualification Conference.
