NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS Sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Public Works Department, first floor, Eureka City Hall, 531 K Street, Eureka, California, 95501, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, the 21st day of May, 2026, for: Consulting Services for Water and Wastewater Rate Study BID NO. 2026-8 The City of Eureka (City), in collaboration with the Humboldt Community Services District (HCSD), is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive water and wastewater rate study. Firms should demonstrate the ability to provide a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality professional services to both agencies. The RFP packet can be obtained for free from https://www.eurekaca.gov/Bids.aspx. The packet may be reviewed at either the City Hall as stated above or at selected builders' exchanges in Northern California and Southern Oregon.
