The structure is 21,000 square feet of enclosed area with an additional 3,760 square feet of covered awning. Work includes construction of the exterior shell of the building, including pre-engineering metal building system, roof, skylights, exterior siding, insulation, exterior doors, windows, louvers and related work as depicted in the Plans and Specifications. This is a public works project and all prospective bidders must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
