Otherwise, the contractor must submit a fully completed Prequalification Questionnaire Package to be eligible for prequalification for this project. Bidders are solely responsible to verify with the DISTRICT whether they are properly prequalified to submit a bid for this Project.Since this Project includes work that will be performed by Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing ("MEP”) contractors (contractors that require C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C- 42, C-43 or C-46 licenses), such MEP subcontractors must also be prequalified.
