Bids for Lodi Middle School modernization due April 14 at 2 PM.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSTO PERFORM SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICESFor Lodi Middle School Increment 2 ModernizationThe project shall include all work as shown on drawings prepared by HMC Architects for Lodi Middle School, specific to Increment 2 work. There are separate increments that are the work of other contractors. Subcontractors are required to review all drawings to provide a complete bid that is inclusive of work as it occurs.Lodi Middle School: Soft Demolition, Abatement, Casework, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Flooring, Ceilings, Wall Coverings, Paint, Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical work is a part of the project scope. This project consists of drawings prepared by HMC Architects for Bldg A&B work and Henry Associates for work in Bldgs C,D,E,F. Subcontractor bids must be broken out to include separate numbers for the HMC Drawings and the Henry drawings for accounting purposes. One subcontract will be issued for both drawings.
Projects are located within the Lodi Unified School District. Rodan Builders is the selected lease-lease back developer for the project. DSA Submittal Set bidding documents will be available at Rodan Builder’s Building Connected public plan room and also on the Sacramento Builder’s Exchange.Bids are due on April 14 @ 2 PM. Bids will be received using Rodan Builders at bids@rodanbuilders.com or at our Building Connected Portal, accessible through https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5430e7cf5cdc2e0300dd9ceb.Each subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that the bid is submitted prior to the above time and date. Rodan Builders will award the subcontracts, if it awards at all, based on the “best value” criteria permitted under Education Code § 17406 and authorized by the District’s governing board. Bids may also be submitted to bids@rodanbuilders.comThis project will be under prime contract from Lodi Unified School District to Rodan Builders.The last day to submit RFI’s is April 7 @ 2:00pm.An Addendum, if needed, will be posted by April 9.
