PUBLIC NOTICE CENTRAL MARIN SANITATION AGENCY NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR THE HEADWORKS INFLUENT GATES REPLACEMENT PROJECT CMSA CONTRACT NO. 26-18 ("Project") The Project includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to remove and install two (2) Owner-furnished sluice gates and performing modifications to the headworks influent channel, including providing a temporary bypass system, performing abrasive blasting and concrete repair, applying concrete sealer, performing piping modifications, and providing all work as shown on the plans and specifications. The estimated cost of construction is $320,300. A valid Class A California contractor's license is required to bid on the Project. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Central Marin Sanitation Agency ("CMSA"), 1301 Andersen Drive, San Rafael, California on or before 2:00 PM on Wednesday March 25, 2026 (Pacific Time). At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Tuesday March 10, 2026 at CMSA's Administration Building at 1301 Andersen Drive in San Rafael, California. A site visit prior to bidding is mandatory. A site visit may be conducted by the Contractor at its convenience prior to the preparation of its bid if the Owner is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
