NOTICE INVITING BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of San Buenaventura, California, on the online service Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) before 10:00 am on Friday, March 13, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the Main Street Moves – Bollards and Planters project which consists of installing bollards and planters at 11 locations within the Downtown District of the City of Ventura, between Main Street and Figueroa Plaza. The project also includes the rerouting of existing water and sewer lines and appurtenant work as shown on the project plans with Drawing No. 2025-D-039. The Engineer’s Estimate of cost is $1,430,000. The complete Notice Inviting Bids and Bid Documents can be viewed and purchased on the Quest CDN online service starting on Friday, February 27, 2026. Go to the website, https://www.cityofventura.ca.gov/OnlineBids, and search for QuestCDN Project No. 10077517. The bid documents are free to view. The cost to download the bid documents is $22.00 and a separate fee of $42.00 is charged for a successful bid submission.
