NOTICE INVITING BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of San Buenaventura, California, on the QuestCDN e-bidding platform before 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, for the State Water Interconnection Project, which consists of the construction of 30” cement mortar lined and coated (CMLC) steel pipe, a 24” high density polyethylene directional drilled pipeline, a flow control station, three jack and bore sections of 30” pipe, 10” and 16” C900 PVC potable water lines, and equipment upgrades at the Saticoy Conditioning Facility, as shown on the project plans (Drawing No. 2023-D-036) and in accordance with the project specifications 2023-036.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held starting at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in the City of Ventura Community Meeting Room, located on the second floor of City Hall, 501 Poli Street, Ventura, CA 93002.
