PUBLIC NOTICE HUMBOLDT COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, March 03, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors' Chamber, Humboldt County Courthouse, 825 Fifth Street, Eureka, California, and virtually via Zoom to consider the matter listed below. Revocation of Dry Farmed Organic Medicinals, LLC - Zoning Clearance Certificate: Orleans area and Shively area, Record Number PLN-12945-ZCC (filed 9/14/2017); Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) 529-132-006 and 209-191-018. The Board of Supervisors will consider revocation of an issued Zoning Clearance Certificate (ZCC) for Retirement, Restoration and Relocation (RRR) of cannabis cultivation from APN 529-132-006 (retirement site) to APN 209-191-018 (relocation site). Following approval of the ZCC, it was discovered that the Covenant recorded to restrict use of the retirement site for cultivation was executed by the incorrect property owner. Revocation is being considered under Section 312-14.1 of the Humboldt County Code because the permit was obtained using inaccurate information and misstatement of facts is grounds for revocation by the Boart of Supervisors. The revocation is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15321 of the CEQA Guidelines (Enforcement Actions by regulatory agencies). The cultivation retirement site is located in the Orleans area, approximately 800 feet west from the intersection of Gold Dredge Road and State Highway 96, on the property known as 37753 State Highway 96, and the cultivation relocation site is located in the Shively area, on the north side of Shively Flat Road, approximately 1,600 feet from the intersection of Ewan Lane and Shively Flat Road, on the property known as 125 Shively Flat Road.
