E-RATE CATEGORY TWO (2) INTERNAL CONNECTIONS RFP SALINAS CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (144211) E-rate Form 470 Application Submission Deadline Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 2PM PST The SALINAS CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide Category 2 Internal Connections equipment and services eligible under the FCC's Schools and Libraries Program (E-rate) for Funding Year FY2026. The purpose is to upgrade the local area network (LAN) and wireless infrastructure to meet current and future instructional technology demands. All proposals must include equipment, installation, configuration, testing, and documentation necessary for a complete, fully operational network.
