Public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Plan for Section 8 participants.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGTHE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF NAPAFISCAL YEAR 2026 ANNUAL PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at or after 3:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 955 School Street, Napa, California, a public hearing will be conducted by the Housing Authority Board of the City of Napa at which time and place all persons may attend and be heard upon:
A Public Hearing to hear comments from the public in relation to the Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Plan. The Housing Authority Board of Commissioners encourages Section 8 participants and the general public to review and comment on the Plan.
The Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Plan will be available at the following locations for public review no later than Thursday, February 19, 2026:

Copies of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan, which contains Annual plan elements of the 2026 Annual Plan, are available at the PHA’s office and at the City Clerk’s Office at 955 School Street, Napa, or on the City’s website at www.cityofnapa.org.
