REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Orange Unified School District (“District”) invites and will receive proposals from qualified firms up to, but not later than, the deadline stated below for the award of contract(s) for: RFP No. 2526-004 FRESH PIZZA & DELIVERY SERVICES ALL PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 2:00 P.M. ON MARCH 17, 2026 , through the PlanetBids Portal at: https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/15578/portal-home (“Vendor Portal”). No offeror may withdraw its proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the proposal submission deadline. NON-MANDATORY PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE: The District will be holding a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on February 24, 2026 beginning promptly at 2:00 p.m. at the District’s Purchasing Department, located at, 726 W.
