NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1267 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREA GRANTING A PIPELINE FRANCHISE TO CRIMSON CALIFORNIA PIPELINE, L.P.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers, Level One, Brea Civic Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California, the City Council of the City of Brea will consider adopting its Ordinance No. 1267 entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Brea Granting a Pipeline Franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P.” A summary of this Ordinance follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREA GRANTING A PIPELINE FRANCHISE TO CRIMSON CALIFORNIA PIPELINE, L.P.In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8.42 of the Brea City Code, the City Council granted a franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P. to maintain and operate existing pipes, pipelines, and appurtenances and service connections necessary or convenient for the operation of such pipes or pipelines, for the collection, transportation or distribution of oil, gas, water and other substances related to the production of oil, necessary or convenient for the exercise of Crimson California Pipeline, L.P.’s business. The Ordinance depicts the pipelines subject to the extended franchise.A certified copy of the entirety of the text of Ordinance No. 1267, is available in the office of the City Clerk, Brea Civic and Cultural Center, One Civic Center Circle, Brea, California, and is available for public inspection at that location.
