PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 3, 2026, the City Council of the City of Brea adopted its Ordinance No. 1267 entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Brea Granting a Pipeline Franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P.” A summary of this Ordinance follows: Summary of Ordinance No. 1267 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREA GRANTING A PIPELINE FRANCHISE TO CRIMSON CALIFORNIA PIPELINE, L.P. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8.42 of the Brea City Code, the City Council extended a franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P. to maintain and operate existing pipes, pipelines, and appurtenances and service connections necessary or convenient for the operation of such pipes or pipelines, for the collection, transportation or distribution of oil, gas, water and other substances related to the production of oil, necessary or convenient for the exercise of Crimson California Pipeline, L.P.’s business.
