Notice is hereby given that the Cathedral City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following:

PROPOSAL
A request that a similar use determination be made that a used vehicle buying and distribution use are similar to other conditionally permitted uses in the PCC (Planned Community Commercial) Zoning District.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
The Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section No. 15061 (b)(3), referred to as the commonsense rule.
All information regarding the proposed project is available for public review at the City of Cathedral City
Civic Center, Planning Department, 68-700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

March 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
