AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 9.114 OF TITLE 9 (PLANNING AND ZONING) OF THE CATHEDRAL CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO CONFORM WITH NEW STATE LEGISLATION REGULATING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS
The following constitutes a summary of the ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City of Cathedral City at its meeting held March 25, 2026, by the following vote:
