LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO VENDORS – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the SYLVAN UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT (herein after referred to as the "DISTRICT") of Stanislaus County, California, will receive proposals for: EMPLOYEE BENEFITS INSURANCE BROKER/JPA AND CONSULTING SERVICES RFP NO. 2025-26 #11 Each proposal is to be in accordance with the format specified by the Business Office, copies of which may be examined and obtained, by written request, to the District Business Office, Business Department, 605 Sylvan Ave, Modesto, CA 95350; or may be viewed on the Purchasing website located at: https://www.sylvan.k12.ca.us/departments/business/purchasing/bid-information Each proposal must be filed with the Business Department on or before 10:00 a.m., on the 6th Day of March, 2026. All proposals shall be submitted and sealed in a package plainly marked with the appropriate title for such proposal. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of proposals.
