Public hearing on drive-thru hours appeal scheduled for March 16 at 7:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF
 
PUBLIC HEARING
 
The Visalia City Council will consider the following items on Monday, March 16, at 7:00 p.m., at the Visalia City Council Chambers located at 707 W. Acequia Ave. Visalia, CA:
 
• Appeal of the Planning Commission Action - A Public Hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s Condition of Approval No. 3 of Resolution No. 2025-71, requiring the drive-thru hours of operation to cease at 10:00 P.M. every day of the week for Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-32, which was a request to a construct a 4,130 square foot building with a drive-thru to operate from 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. seven days a week. The site is located at the southeast corner of West Caldwell Avenue and South Stonebrook Street in the C-R (Regional Commercial) zone (APN: 122-390-002).
 
If you desire to make comments regarding a project prior to the public hearing, the following methods may be utilized:
• Mailing written comments to the City of Visalia Planning Division, 315 East Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA, 93291;
• Dropping off written comments to the City of Visalia Planning Division, 315 East Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA, 93291;
• Emailing comments to (CityClerk@Visalia.gov);
• Phone, by contacting the Planning Division at (559) 713-4359.
 
To be sure that your comments are received, we strongly encourage citizens to submit public comment, or comment on a specific agenda item, before the meeting via email to CityClerk@Visalia.gov. All emailed public comments will be distributed to the City Council prior to the start of the meeting and incorporated into the official record; however, e-mailed public comments will not be read aloud.
 
If you challenge the decision made regarding these requests in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Visalia at, or prior to, the public hearing.
 
For the hearing impaired, if signing is desired, please call (559) 713-4900 twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time to request these services.
 
For the visually impaired, if enlarged print or Braille copy is desired, please request this assistance in advance of the meeting and such services will be provided as soon as possible following the meeting.
