PUBLICHEARING The Visalia City Planning Commission will consider the following items on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Visalia City Council Chambers located at 707 W. Acequia Ave. Visalia, CA: • Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-02: A request by California Water Service Company to construct and permit a community water service well and pumping station which will include the installation of a pump room, back-up generator, and concrete pad for future wellhead treatment equipment. The project is located at the northeast corner of North Mooney Boulevard and West Riverway Avenue in the QP (Quasi-Public) zone (APN: 078-460-096). • Tentative Parcel Map No. 2026-02: A request by Lane Engineers to divide 4.25 acres into two parcels in the I (Industrial) Zone. The site is located at 1200 N. Plaza Drive. (APN 081-110-061) • Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-04: A request by Lane Engineers to allow creation of new lots less than the 5-acre minimum site area for the Industrial zone and creation of a lot without public street frontage, in conjunction with a tentative parcel map request to create two parcels in the I (Industrial) Zone.
