SEALED BIDS will be received by the Visalia Purchasing Div., until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 for the above listed project. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov.
 
Interested Bidders must attend at least one of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings to be considered as an eligible bidder. Meetings will be held at the Public Works Dept, 336 N. Ben Maddox Way, Visalia, CA as follows: Monday, April 20, 2026 at 9:00am and Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00am.
 
The City affirmatively ensures Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice. Individuals and/or entities submitting to the City of Visalia will not be discriminated against.
