PUBLIC HEARING The Visalia City Planning Commission will consider the following items on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Visalia City Council Chambers located at 707 W. Acequia Ave. Visalia, CA: • Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-01: A request by Jeff Pepe to construct an approximate 4,000 square foot automotive repair shop which will include a 750 square foot office and sales floor in the C-MU (Commercial Mixed Use) zone. The project site is located at 120 South Burke Street. (APN: 094-204-010) If you want more information regarding this project, please call the City of Visalia Planning Division at (559) 713-4359 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you desire to make comments regarding this project prior to the public hearing, the following methods may be utilized: • Mailing or dropping off written comments to the City of Visalia Planning Division, 315 East Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA, 93291; • Emailing comments to, (planning@visalia.city); • Phone the Planning Division at (559) 713-4359. To be sure that your comments are received, we strongly encourage citizens to submit public comment, or comment on a specific agenda item, before the meeting via email to planning@visalia.city. All emailed public comments will be distributed to the Planning Commission prior to the start of the meeting and incorporated into the official record; however, e-mailed public comments will not be read aloud. As an alternative, you may appear at the Planning Commission meeting in person.
