For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:00am PT via TEAMS. To receive the meeting link or dial-in information, please email your contact information to purchasing@visalia.gov. The City affirmatively ensures Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
