To obtain RFP and contract documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov. An informational proposer conference will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT via TEAMS. To register for this conference and obtain the link or call-in instructions, please email your contact information to purchasing@visalia.gov. The City affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will have full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
