City of Visalia, CA Request for Proposals (RFP) 25-26-11 Annual Contract for City-Branded Custom Apparel Services SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Visalia Purchasing Div until 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026, for the above project. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 9:00 am at the Manuel F. Hernandez Community Center, 247 W. Ferguson Ave., Visalia, CA 93291 The City affirmatively ensures Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
