SEALED BIDS will be received by the Visalia Purchasing Div until 10:00 am on Thursday, May 7, 2026, for the above project. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov.
 
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Visalia City Hall, 707 W. Acequia Ave, Visalia, CA.
 
The City affirmatively ensures Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice. Individuals and/or entities submitting to the City of Visalia will not be discriminated against.
