SEALED BIDS will be received by the Visalia Purchasing Div., until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026 for the above products. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov.
 
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00am at the Visalia City Hall, 707 W. Acequia Ave, Visalia, CA.
