City of Visalia Request for Bid 25-26-53 HVAC Improvements at Anthony Community Center Gymnasium SEALED BIDS will be received by Visalia Purchasing Dept., 707 W. Acequia Ave., Visalia, CA, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026, for the above-mentioned project. This public works project is subject to state requirements, including payment of prevailing wages, DIR registration, etc. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov. Documents are also available at various builders’ exchanges. Mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held at the jobsite: 345 No. Jacob Street, Visalia, CA as follows: 10:00 a.m. on Wed., April 22, 2026, & 9:00 a.m. on Thurs., April 23, 2026 Interested Bidders must attend at least one of the mandatory pre-bid meetings to be eligible to bid on the project. The City affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises & Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will have full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
