NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item: PUBLIC HEARING RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2026-01 PASILLAS : A request to construct a 1,353 square foot second story addition on the existing 3,290 square foot single-story residence, the area of second story construction within seventy feet (70’) of another dwelling, for the property addressed as 19001 Gordon Lane, located on the north side of Gordon Lane, east of Ohio Street, west of Grandview Avenue, in the RE (Residential Estate) zone. (APN: 348-141-23) CEQA STATUS: Categorical Exemption (Class 1 - Existing Facilities)MEASURE B APPLICABILITY: a) Vote – No; b) Public Notice – NoTRAFFIC COMMISSION REVIEW: NoRECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution approving the project.
