Public Hearing for a new dwelling and accessory unit in Yorba Linda.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2025-30 & ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT 2025-19 PATEL: A request to construct a new 6,323 square-foot two-story dwelling, which includes a second story balcony and an attached 841 square-foot garage, the area of second story construction within seventy feet (70’) of another residence, construct 6-foot high estate fencing within the front yard, and construct a detached 1,000 square-foot accessory dwelling unit, for property addressed as 5401 Ohio Street, located on the west side of Ohio Street and north of Mountain View Avenue, within the RE (Residential Estate) zone.
