NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item: PUBLIC HEARING RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2025-61 – SHINNYO-EN USA : A request to establish two 480 square-foot temporary office trailers on the existing Shinnyo-en USA campus for a period of one year at 18111 Bastanchury Road, located northeast of Bastanchury Road and Eureka Avenue, in the West Bastanchury Planned Development zone (APN: 323-171-07, -08, -09). CEQA STATUS: Categorical Exemptions (Class 3 New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures)MEASURE B APPLICABILITY: a) Vote – No; b) Public Notice – NoTRAFFIC COMMISSION REVIEW: NoRECOMMENDATION: To adopt a resolution approving the project.
