Notice of intent to escheat unclaimed funds by Napa Superior Court.

SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, NAPA COUNTY NOTICE OF INTENT(California Government Code § 68084.1)Public notice is hereby given that it is the intent of the Superior Court of California, County of Napa, to escheat unclaimed funds. These funds represent past deposits made to the court into the Courts Trust Fund. The deposited funds have not been fully disbursed or refunded within at least three (3) years immediately following the close of the associated case or the date of which the deposited funds first became eligible for distribution. The court has made reasonable and diligent attempts to directly contact the payee(s), the depositor(s) of record, lawful owner(s) and/or party(ies) claiming an interest in the deposited funds without success. Authority to process this escheat is pursuant to California Government Code § 68084.1.If you are the payee, depositor of record, lawful owner, and/or any party claiming an interest in funds deposited as shown below, you must file your claim forms with the court no later than May 12, 2026.
