NOTICE OF PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE OF: PATRICIA JUDITH CURLEY-LINDSEY- RANZER CASE NO. PRO2200411 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the WILL or estate, or both of PATRICIA JUDITH CURLEY-LINDSEY-RANZER. A PETITION FOR PROBATE has been filed by KENNETH L. SCHWARTZ in the Superior Court of California, County of Marin. THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that KENNETH L. SCHWARTZ be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.
