COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS TRIAL COURT OF MASSACHUSETTS CHELSEA DISTRICT COURT CIVIL ACTION NO.: 2614CV010 TODISCO SERVICES, INC., Plaintiff v. Li Lian, Defendant. SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION AND MAILING A motion by Plaintiff for Service by Alternative Means in both the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and Revere Journal and by mailing a copy of the Summons and Complaint was allowed by the Chelsea District Court on April 21, 2026. Defendant, Li Lian, is hereby summoned and required to serve upon David J. Silen, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 68 Mill Street, Middleton, MA 01949, a copy of your answer to the complaint which is on file in the office of the Civil Clerk of the Chelsea District Court located at 120 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150 within twenty (20) days of this publication. You are also required to file your answer to the complaint in the office of the Civil Clerk of Chelsea District Court. If you fail to meet the above requirements, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. Unless as otherwise provided by Rule 13(a), your answer must state as a counterclaim any claim which you may have against the plaintiff which arises out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiff's claim, or you will thereafter be barred from making such claim in any other action.
