NOTICE: YOU HAVE BEEN SUED BY THE STATE OF IDAHO, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE, CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES (IDHW), THE PETITIONER, IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, CASE NO. CV01-25-11340.
