A Complaint to Quiet Title to a certain tract of land with any attached buildings located in Freedom, in the State of New Hampshire has been filed with this court. The property is described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Freedom, County of Carroll and State of New Hampshire and being shown as Lot #1 on plan entitled “Proposed Subdivision Route 153, Freedom, Property of Whitaker, Harold and Fadden, Thomas” recorded in the Carroll County Registry of Deeds at Plan Book 170, Page 28 and therein bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at granite bound located on the Westerly side of Route 153 and running North 73° 46’ 10” West a distance of 1,455.61 feet to an iron pipe; thence turning and running North 14° 59’ 15” East a distance of 393.07 feet to an iron pipe; thence turning and running South 73° 56’ 00” East a distance of 1,485.72 feet to an iron pipe on the Westerly sideline of Route 153; thence turning and running South 16° 42’ 45” West a distance of 70.38 feet to an iron pipe; thence running South 16° 42’ 45” West a distance of 326.92 feet to the point of beginning.
THE COURT ORDERS:JPMorgan Chase Bank NA shall give notice to Ameriquest Mortgage Company; Sherry Brault; Michael R. Brault; Unknown Entities and Individuals; WMC Specialty Mortgage LLC of this action by publishing a verified copy of this Citation for Publication once a week for three successive weeks in the Orange County Register; Milwaukee Journal Sentinel; Conway Daily Sun, newspapers of general circulation. The last publication shall be on or before June 05, 2026.
Also, on or before 30 days after the last publication, Ameriquest Mortgage Company; Sherry Brault; Michael R. Brault; Unknown Entities and Individuals; WMC Specialty Mortgage LLC shall electronically file an Appearance and Answer or responsive pleading with this court. A copy must be sent electronically to the parties listed below.
JPMorgan Chase Bank NA shall electronically file the Return of Publication with this Court on or before June 26, 2026. Failure to do so may result in this action being dismissed without further notice.
