If it deems that the minor should be adopted, the Court may sever the parental rights of the parent or parents of the minor. The said minor is described as fo11ows: a minor male under the age of 18 born January 3, 2026. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the hearing will be on July 27, 2026 at 1:30 pm in Superior Court, Department 5 or whichever Department to be assigned, located at the Walnut Creek Superior Court, 640 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, California 94596, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED that you are required to appear before this Court at the time and place stated above to state your interest in the said minor. The parents and minor, and each of them, have the right to be represented by counsel in this case and the Judge shall advise the minor and the parents of this right to counsel.
