If it deems that the minor should be adopted, the Court may sever the parental rights of the parent or parents of the minor. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the hearing will be on July 27, 2026 at 1:30 pm in Superior Court, Department 5 or whichever Department to be assigned, located at the Walnut Creek Superior Court, 640 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, California 94596, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
